- about plates, Chapter 5.3 has been modified to clarify that if a trailer is detached from his tractor unit during the transport, the orange plate at the rear of the trailer must remain attached/on display (5.3.2.2)
- at the list of 5.3.2.3 paragraph, hazard identification numbers 28 and 238 have been added.
Continua la rassegna sulle novità del Capitolo 5 dell'ADR 2013 dal titolo "Procedure di spedizione", ecco alcune delle principali novità:
- sulla segnalazione con i pannelli arancioni (5.3.2.2) il Capitolo 5.3 è stato modificato per chiarire che se un rimorchio viene staccato dal trattore durante il trasporto, allora il pannello arancione sul retro o sul rimorchio deve rimanere attaccato/in mostra
- al paragrafo 5.3.2.3 sono stati aggiunti i numeri di identificazione del pericolo n. 28 e n. 238.
