Transport of dangerous goods

Il trasporto di merci pericolose è soggetto a norme formulate principalmente in base alla modalità di trasporto (es. mare, terra su gomma o via ferro, aerea, vie navigabili interne) e in base al tipo di merce trasportata.
Il trasporto su strada è regolato dall'accordo ADR (acronimo di European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road), aggiornato ogni due anni; ad esempio il 1° gennaio 2013 è entrato in vigore l'ADR 2013.
Il trasporto su ferro è regolamentato dal RID (Règlement concernant le trasport International ferroviaire des merchandises Dangereuses), simile all'ADR.
Il trasporto via mare vie regolamentato dal Codice IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) dell'IMO; mentre il trasporto aereo di merci pericolose è regolamentato dall'accordo ICAO (Organizzazione Internazionale dell'Aviazione Civile).

The transport of dangerous goods is subject to rules formulated primarily based on the mode of transport (e.g. by water, road, rail, river and inland waterways) and depending on the type of goods transported.
Road transport is governed by the ADR (European Agreement Concerning the acronym for International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road), updated every two years, for example, the January 1, 2013 came into force the ADR 2013.

New national derogations in the transport of dangerous goods

Con la decisione della Commissione Europea n. 2013/218/Ue sono state introdotte le nuove deroghe in tema di trasporto di merci pericolose.
Tale decisione interviene sulla Direttiva 2008/68/CE (recepita con DLgs n. 35/2010) contenente l'elenco delle deroghe di carattere nazionale che, secondo le circostanze specifiche, gli Stati Membri potranno applicare sul proprio territorio. La pubblicazione in GUUE è dello scorso 15 maggio.

With the decision of the European Commission no. 2013/218/Ue new exemptions regarding the transport of dangerous goods are introduced.
This decision has intervened on Directive 2008/68/EC (implemented with Legislative Decree no. 35/2010) containing the list of national exemptions that, according to the specific circumstances, each Member State may apply on its territory. The publication in the OJEU is the previous May 15.
