CLP + Seveso

Anche a seguito della emanazione del Regolamento n. 1272/2008 CLP, anche la Diretteva "Seveso" è stata revisionata per tenere conto delle modifiche alla classificazione e riclassificazione delle sostanze, anche nel corso del tempo, tramite un sistema di aggiornamento dell'Allegato I.
Infatti non sempre sarà possibile la corrispondenza "1:1" tra il vecchio sistema di classificazione e il nuovo (per esempio nella trasposizione dei rischi per la salute come tossico e molto tossico in livelli di tossicità acuta e in diverse modalità di esposizione).
